This learning will help the children to understand the global changes and imbibe the changes with respect. The instructional materials need to be devised to enable the students develop understanding and respect and realize that the differences in culture are to be valued. The students in the classroom may come with a belief that their culture remains to be the universal norm and only the right one. This may lead to a situation of lack of respect and lack of acceptance towards the multitudes of cultures and people. It is often challenging for the teacher to help them to explore the cultures, understand the similarities and recognize how cultural variances make the world more exciting, not more separated. 116
